Morgan is six months old today. It blows my mind that she was born 6 months ago. It still seems like yesterday. She is growing up so fast. She is eating all her solids well and has started drinking 8 ounces at most meals. She is generally a happy baby who talks and squeals at everything. She laughs at her sister all the time and just recently noticed the cat. Maryssa even let her grab her fur this morning which was kind of shocking since she still runs at the sight of Addyson. She sits up well in her boppy and plays with toys that you put in her lap. She is doing great. We are hoping she will sit unsupported in the next few weeks so we can get her 6 month picture taken. We shall see how it goes since the rolling didn't happen as early as we thought it
might. Since Morgan is a little older, it is a lot easier for Addyson to help feed Morgan and she loves to help out with her baby sister. She reads to her and Morgan is just entranced by Addyson. She stares at her big sister all the time....let's just hope that doesn't mean that she will pick up on all of Addyson's shenanigans. Two doses of trouble could really put me in the looney bin! haha!
On Saturday we decided to do a little shopping at the outdoor mall and the girls were great. Morgan refused to nap even though she was in her stroller and Addyson refused to stay awake....seems a little backward, doesn't it? Afterward we went to a petting zoo that was on the way home. It is a cute little place that is free so we let Addyson look at all the animals and the zookeeper let her hold a baby bunny and pet a baby chick. There were also baby lambs who kept jumping at the mom to feed them. They about knocked her over...it was quite humorous. They also have little wood houses that Addyson loves to go into and a cute little wishing well. It was a great way to end the day.

This is a picture of Addyson holding the baby bunny.....(not sure who the little girl is next to her.....)
We didn't do a whole lot the rest of the weekend. We stuck around here just in case baby number two decided to come for Aunt Diana and Uncle Bob. So far, nothing! But she is due to arrive next week so hopefully we will be meeting her soon.
